Be sure to talk to the Little Boy first. He will then tell you to talk to the girl next to him. If you ask Charu Charu he'll say you better as Marcell. So just talk to Marcell. He will tell you his connect with Snowysnow and his story with him. After that, he will suggest you should talk to Snowysnow and maybe get a present from him. So now, just go back to Snowysnow.
