You can buy the Crystal Mirror from a Trader located near the center of the Morroc Ruins Map (or in Morroc near the East Exit before Satan Morroc patch). Bring her the Crystal Mirror. Talk to her again and she will ask you to find her sister Aelle in Prontera.

Talk to her twice. She will ask you to bring her some drink and snacks. You can buy the China in Southwest Prontera from a Gift Merchant for 1,000z. Bring her the items and she will start to get drunk. Talk to her again until she tell you to go back to Canell and warps you away. Now go back to Canell. Talk to her twice until you learn the skill successfully.
