Blacksmith Job Change
Join the Workers of Steel in Geffen. Pass Geschupenschte's merchant quiz and delivery test in Alberta, then Mitehmaeeuh's smithing quiz in Morroc, and return with the Hammer of Blacksmith. on ClassicRO : RagnaFever.
Requirements
- Must be a Merchant with Job Level 40 or higher.
- Use all skill points before applying or changing jobs.
- Pass Geschupenschte's 10-question merchant quiz (100 points required).
- Collect a random material set, receive a crafted weapon, deliver it, and return the receipt.
- Pass Mitehmaeeuh's 5-question final quiz (more than 70 points — 80+ — required).
- Return to Altiregen with the Hammer of Blacksmith to complete the job change.

2000–2016 — Job Change to Blacksmith
Quest window updates as you register, quiz, gather materials, deliver, and finish with Mitehmaeeuh.
NPC Locations
Step 1 — Register with Altiregen
- Go to the Blacksmith Guild in Geffen (geffen_in) and talk to Altiregen.
- Choose "Fill out Application." when prompted.
- If you meet Job Level 40 with no unused skill points, he sends you to help Geschupenschte in Alberta (Quest ID 2000).
Step 2 — Geschupenschte's Merchant Quiz
- Travel to Geschupenschte in alberta_in and agree to his questions.
- Answer 10 merchant knowledge questions — one of two random question sets.
- Score 100 points to pass. If you fail, return later (BSMITH_Q 2) and try again.
- Question 10 in each set always awards points regardless of which answer you pick.
Step 3 — Collect Materials & Craft
- Geschupenschte randomly assigns one of five material sets.
- Bring every item listed, including one exact NPC-shop weapon (no extra slot versions).
- Keep only one copy of the shop weapon in your inventory when turning items in.
- He consumes the materials and gives you a custom-labelled version of the weapon to deliver.
Step 4 — Deliver & Return the Receipt
- Deliver the crafted weapon to the customer NPC for your assigned set.
- Confirm the delivery is brand new when asked — do not hand over your personal weapon.
- Receive a Voucher (Merchant_Voucher_1) as proof of delivery.
- Return the receipt to Geschupenschte, then go back to Altiregen in Geffen.
Step 5 — Final Quiz with Mitehmaeeuh
- After Geschupenschte's test, Altiregen directs you to Mitehmaeeuh in Morocc (95, 133).
- Answer five smithing and merchant questions — one of three random sets.
- Score more than 70 points (80 or higher) to receive the Hammer of Blacksmith.
Step 6 — Complete the Job Change
- Return to Altiregen with the Hammer of Blacksmith and no unused skill points.
- He changes your job to Blacksmith and takes the hammer.
- Reward: 5 Steel if Job Level 48 or below; 30 Steel if Job Level 49 or higher.

Rewards
Job change to Blacksmith. Steel reward: 5 if Job Level 48 or below, 30 if Job Level 49 or higher.
Notes
- Losing the delivery Voucher (1073) resets you to the material collection step (BSMITH_Q 3).
- Do not lose the Hammer of Blacksmith (1005) before turning it in to Altiregen.
- Set 4 uses Eye Bandage (item ID 2212 in script).
- Set 2 lists Sparkling Dust in dialogue — item ID 1001 is Star Dust in the item database.
- Geschupenschte's retry dialogue mentions missing one question, but the script only accepts a 100-point score.
