Wizard Job Change
Climb Geffen Tower to join the Wizard Guild: collect magic reagents, pass Raulel's written exam, and survive the elemental arena before Catherine grants the job change. on ClassicRO : RagnaFever.
Requirements
- Must be a Mage with Job Level 40 or higher.
- Use all skill points before applying or changing jobs.
- Job Level 50 skips the item collection test (quest 9015 directly).
- First attempt at Raulel's quiz requires 90+ points (100 perfect); retries allow 80+.
- Elemental arena order: Water Room → Earth Room → Fire Room — 3 minutes per main room.
- Alternative: bring a Worn Out Scroll to Raulel after failing the battle test to bypass the arena.

Wizard job change arena
Step 1 — Register with Catherine
- Talk to Catherine Medici on the top floor of gef_tower.
- Apply at Job Level 40 with no unused skill points.
- She randomly assigns one of two item sets (9013 gemstones or 9014 elemental stones).
- Job Level 50 skips item collection — WIZ_Q jumps to 3 with quest 9015.
- Return to Catherine with all items to advance to the written test.
Step 2 — Written Test with Raulel
- After passing item collection, talk to Raulel Asparagus (9015 → 9016).
- He asks 10 questions from one of three random sets: Magic, Monsters, or Mages.
- First try: score 100 or 90 to pass; anything lower fails to WIZ_Q 4 for a retry.
- Retry: score 100, 90, or 80 to pass (9016 → 9017).
- Catherine offers hints for 1 Apple Juice if you fail the first attempt.
Step 3 — Elemental Arena (Final Test)
- Raulel warps you to job_wiz; the Arena Assistant manages a waiting room queue.
- Water Room — kill all water-attribute monsters within 3 minutes, then clear the guard wave (Marine Sphere + Hydras, 1 minute).
- Earth Room — kill all earth-attribute monsters within 3 minutes, then clear Mandragora guards (1 minute).
- Fire Room — kill all fire-attribute monsters within 3 minutes, then clear Greatest General guards (2 minutes).
- Use spells matching each room's element; full HP restore between rooms.
- Failure warps you to Geffen — retry via Raulel or bring a Worn Out Scroll to skip.
Step 4 — Job Change
- After clearing the Fire Room, quest updates to 9018.
- Return to Catherine with no unused skill points.
- She changes your job to Wizard and gives 6 Blue Potions as a graduation gift.

10 questions worth 10 points each from one random set. First attempt: 90+ to pass. Retry: 80+ to pass.

- Path B dialogue says Green Live / Red Blood / Wind of Verdure, but script uses Yellow_Live, Boody_Red, and Wind_Of_Verdure.
- After failing the battle test, Raulel accepts 1 Worn Out Scroll to skip the arena and pass the final test.
- Blue Potion reward: 6 from Catherine upon job change.
